EGG SLICER/PRICKER – APPETITO

This combination Egg Slicer & Pricker by Appetito is a must-have for any egg lover.  Use the pricker to prick the shell of the egg prior to boiling to avoid cracking – a very handy kitchen tool indeed.  Once the eggs are boiled, the fine stainless steel wire blades of the slicer will help you to perfectly slice the eggs, ready for a Caesar salad or delicious sandwich.

For perfectly hardboiled eggs every time, place the eggs into a small saucepan, cover with cold water and place over high heat.  Bring to the boil and cook for one minute. Remove from the heat, cover, and let the saucepan stand for 13 minutes.  Drain and place in cold water to cool before peeling.
