Red Velvet Cake (Bakels) – 1kg mix Made in Australia
Ingredients – 3 eggs, 270ml water, 140ml vegetable oil.
Method – Blend eggs, water and cake mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl.
Then blend on top speed for 2 mins. Commence blending on second speed whilst adding vegetable oil. Mix for 2 minutes. Do not over mix.
1kg of mix will make approximately 30 cupcakes or a 10 inch round cake
Cooking time is approx.1 hour at 150-160 deg C (Baking time and temperature will vary depending on your oven)

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour (Thiamine Folate), Cocoa Powder, Vegetable oil (antioxidant (307)), Vegetable Fat (vegetable oil, emulsifiers (471, 477), antioxidant (320), Maltodextrin, potato flour, milk solids, salt, raising agents (341, 450, 500), natural flavour, colour (120), vegetable gum (415), egg. Contains gluten/milk/egg.
