Mississippi Mud Cake (Bakels) – 1kg mix
Ingredients – 3 eggs, 270ml water, 17ml chocolate paste, 150ml vegetable oil.
Method – Blend eggs, water and cake mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl.
Then blend on top speed for 2 mins.
Add choc paste then commence blending on second speed whilst adding vegetable oil.
Mix for 2 minutes. Do not over mix.
1kg of mix will make approximately 30 cupcakes or a 10 inch round cake
Cooking time is approx. 2 hours at 150-160 deg C (Baking time and temperature will vary depending on your oven)

Antioxidants (307,320) cocoa powder (6%), maltodextron, potato flour, salt, milk solids,
raising agents(41,450,500),natural flavour, vegetable gum(415).
Contains: gluten/milk.
May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts, egg, soy, sesame, sulphites.
