We specialize in Kitchenware , Cake Decorating supplies, coffee beans and barista accessories. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge, dedication to customer service and ensuring we stock what customers are asking for. You will always be welcomed in the store by our Crew which includes Tracie and Vera , who are the owners and very much involved in the store. Along with Raelene and Rosemary.

How safe is online shopping with il Mondo?

Very safe. All transactions are securely processed on a server with 128 bit certificate protection. We do not store any credit card details at any time, and you can feel comfortable any other details you supply are securely stored. We do not distribute without your prior consent.

Do we have a minimum order requirement?

Yes, only orders with a minimum value of AUD $20 will be processed.

Afterpay order have a minimum of $60.00

Delivery of your goods.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 business days from receipt of your order. Out of stock items may cause some delay. If you require your order by a set date or express post please advise us of this via the comments box at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods once they have left our premises.

If you are uneasy about this condition take comfort from our packing methods and track record.

Postage within Australia.

Postage charges are calculated by size and weight at time of dispatch using standard Australia Post parcel rates.

International orders.

We do not ship packages internationally.

Can I collect from the Store?

Yes you can place your order and make payment online and then collect in person from our Store located in Townsville. At the checkout stage you will have an option to select Postage and Handling or Collect from Store.

Certain items are only available for purchase from IN STORE.  This will be stated in the product description.  If you have selected an item that is not available for postage then once you reach the checkout stage it will not provide an option for the postage and handling method.  It will state Collect from Store.
